Leading By Example

Experience a culture where leadership is not just a concept but a daily practice, inspiring students to reach new heights through the exemplary actions of our dedicated faculty and staff.

 Student Centric Approach

The student centric approach at QCA is about more than academics; it is about providing a canvas for our girls to articulate their vision, define their journey and leave an impact behind. In addition to the diverse array of clubs, our girls also have the opportunity to become integral members of various student organizations. As we entrust them with leadership responsibilities, girls are tasked with listening, learning and delivering to not only shape their individual experiences but also contribute to the vibrant tapestry of our school community.

Student Council

Empowering student voices, fostering school spirit, and driving positive change through active participation in decision-making is the motto of the QCA Student Council. The council meets every Tuesday to deliberate on ideas and plan execution of events that align with the interests and aspirations of the student body. Students from 5th grade onwards are eligible to run for office.

National Honor Society

Recognizing and cultivating academic excellence, leadership, and community service among outstanding students, applications are available to both middle school and high school students.

Community Service

Inspiring a culture of giving back through impactful volunteer initiatives that make a positive difference in the community, girls assist with logistics to find opportunities that will help QCA students be engaged members of our current and future communities.

Class Leadership Council

Nurturing leadership skills and camaraderie within each class, fostering a sense of unity and purpose, boys are tasked with organizing events at their grade level or seeking their input and ideas for school improvement.

Reading Buddies

Connecting students from older grades with their younger counterparts for reading sessions is a beneficial practice that fosters a sense of community and enhances literacy skills. The older students act as mentors, providing support and encouragement to their younger reading buddies. This collaborative approach not only promotes a love for reading but also creates positive peer interactions and a supportive learning environment.

Sci-Mentors

Led by juniors and seniors, dedicated to mentoring and coaching students for the annual QCA Science Fair, these Sci-Mentors are passionate student leaders that go above and beyond to ensure their peers not only participate but truly enjoy and benefit from the entire science fair experience.
